HAZARD AND PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENT 

This device uses electrical current for its operation and should only be installed by qualified personnel. The Air Guardian device should remain sealed at all times and should never be opened, except by qualified personnel during maintenance or servicing procedures. All electrical power should be disconnected or disabled during a maintenance or service operation. Failure to follow these instructions can be hazardous and may invalidate the product warranty. 

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

This device should be installed and operated in compliance with the written instructions included in the Operating Manual provided in the product packaging. The Operating Manual is also available at this provided link.  

CANCELATION/REFUND POLICY

A request to modify or cancel an order can be made through your Account Manager or our Customer Service department. As part of our efforts to provide superior customer service, orders are typically processed shortly after being placed. Please note once an order has reached a certain level in the fulfillment process, it may be too late to modify or cancel. Due to the nature of the product, we will not accept refunds or exchanges for any products that have been installed or opened. If you receive a defective item during the transit process a refund will be provided or exchanged per the terms and conditions of the purchase.

SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx within 4 weeks depending on the quantity of your order. Please allow 4 weeks for delivery. We make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time. To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. During the holidays, please place your order at least one week prior to ensure timely delivery.

CALCULATIONS FOR UNITS REQUIRED

The easy four step calculator below will calculate how many 2'x2' or 2'x4' Air Guardian Virus Fans are required to clean the air from your room or building. 

• Step 1: Enter the dimensions of the area the customer wants cleaned
  
• Step 2: Enter the number of times you want to circulate the air volume in your room through the Virus Fan.
  
• Step 3: Choose between the 2'x2' (6,000 cubic feet per hour) and 2'x4' (12,000 cubic feet per hour) Virus Fan units to finalize the number of fans needed for the area specified.
